Whether he's guilty of sexually abusing children or not, he's still taken away the innocence of young children by continually sleeping with them in his bed.

As a sexual abuse survivor myself.....................
by BLISSISIGNORANCE in...................and mother of a child abused at the hands of a jw, i found the whole michael jackson trial and support by his fans insulting and hurtful!.
who of us can be sure if he did abuse kids or not?
how can anyone say he is guilty or innocent (except a victim if there is one)?

Hey Amionne, i'm diane :o) i also experienced similar problems making friends in the congregation...and at school too! I never seemed to fit in anywhere, but i kept trying and finally got to know a few people, after that i was invited out to the cinema quite often and teens from other congregations were there, so i was able to expand my friendships to different areas. If your parents would allow it, you could try having a movie night...something the teens in our congregation used to do alot...it gave us a chance to sit and talk properly, as its often hard to do that inside the KH.
As for your upcoming baptism, at 13 i was also very eager to get baptised, however i realised what a big step i'd be taking and it wasn't something i should rush into.....It's not just a case of thinking about how it'll affect you now, but in the future also....i was brought up in the truth from birth and up until i was 17 i'd always thought i'd be a Jehovahs witness through out my life, i was making choices as to where my life was going and i started having doubts as to my faith in Jehovah, rather than just throwing in the towel, i studied harder and started doing the ministry full time, looking to regain the faith i'd lost, i didn't find it. My need's and want's in life had changed, and i knew to follow my dreams meant i could no longer be a Jehovah's witness, my friends and family were upset, but they respected the fact that i'd held out on baptism, and they knew i'd tried hard to make it work.
What i'm saying is, in life you never stop learning, in the next 10 years you will go through alot of changes and learn more about who you are as a person. If it's what you want then get baptised, but you wont lose respect for saying you want to continue to study a while longer before you make such a big commitment.
Takecare Hunny
Best wishes

God always is with his servants
by tata in.
alright i'm being sarcastic.... let me tell you why i said that.
i had to preach this saturday, i do not want to talk with nobody, but i do not had any excuse not to, so i talked in this house and the girl ask me to bring her the magazines because she love to read it.. i laughed later thinking that in another time i would think it was god sending me a "sheep", someone with study the bible.
